New lesson booking policy
Recently we’ve had an increase in first lessons being booked and then cancelled at short notice or unattended. To protect our teaching time and ensure availability is managed fairly, a £20 deposit (the cost of one lesson) is now required by bank transfer to secure your first booking.
This deposit is deducted from your lesson fee and confirms your slot in the diary.
